Guitar Lessons

Since 2001 the primary focus of Log Jam Studio is our guitar lessons program. Lessons operate six days a week at our beautifully restored 1840s’ log cabin in Port Hope. Lessons are taught individually, in small group settings, or as parent / child lessons by musician Mike Woods.

The program consists of student requests along with a 25-chapter course of material designed and created by Mike. The cost of individual lessons is $25 per half our session and the cost for parent / child lesson is $30 per half hour session. Call 905-375-9174 for any inquiries.

Parent / Child 1/2 hour lesson: $30

*We have very limited space available at all times for lessons but do contact us and see what might be available.  Often we have students leaving for University etc. and spaces open up.

Group Lessons

We offer group lessons for both adults and Children. Sessions are one hour in length and group sizes are between 3 and 5 students based on age, ability and compatibility.  The cost is $25 per person. 

*We require all children to be accompanied by an adult at all times during lessons.
